In the exhibition “The Divided Picasso. The artist and his image in the FRG and the GDR” in the Museum Ludwig showed political works by the artist Pablo Picasso. Next to them are around 150 exhibits that reflect the effects of Picasso’s work: exhibition views, posters and catalogues, press reports, letters, files, films and television reports. The exhibition architecture was supplemented by the SE 18 folding chair by Egon Eiermann. The chair was used as a seat in front of video presentations and important works by the artist.
