The Walde Immobilien AG Competence Center for Real Estate brings together services related to development, marketing, and consulting in the real estate sector across approximately 1,700 m² of space. In inspiring offices and spacious meeting areas, start-ups, sole proprietors, as well as small, medium, and large enterprises can unlock their potential—fostering innovative solutions for the future. The in-house bistro is furnished with black SE 68 SU chairs and SB 38 barstools. SE 68 SU chairs with seat upholstery were selected for the meeting rooms.
